My Story 

Over the last 30 years I have been a pioneer for women in the automotive industry. Since the early ‘90’s, I have built a successful career in Automotive Sales and Finance. Starting out as a receptionist in a large car dealership in Southern California, I quickly worked my way up the ladder, breaking all glass ceilings. After realizing that I would never truly reach my full potential in Corporate America, I took a leap of faith and left my job to start my own company. Today I am the President of Auto Network Consulting Inc., a company that creates products, processes and profits for dealerships across the United States. I especially love sharing my expertise in sales and leadership so that we can see growth and change in an industry that so needs it. 

In addition to my success in the automotive industry, I have a passion for philanthropy and sit on many non profit boards such as Women in Automotive.  I get to also serve as a mentor to young adults in the Latino community and the Hispanic 100 program.  As a motivational speaker and author, I strive to have a global impact with people on their way to success. THE Hive is just another way I strive to create change for many!
